Professional Regulations Law

At Simon Renouf Professional Corporation our Professional Regulation practice is in two parts: Assisting professional regulatory bodies as independent counsel to hearing and appeal tribunals, and, with respect to other occupations, providing representation to professionals who are being investigated or have been charged with unprofessional conduct or breach of their governing body’s rules or standards.

Our representation of professionals includes attending and assisting professionals who are being interviewed by investigators, representing professionals at disciplinary hearings and appeals, and in the Courts. We have provided representation in a broad range of cases including the teaching, accounting, nursing, dental, legal, social work and engineering professions.
